“ Haircut came out ok, but it was unnecessarily painful, forceful, and no thought of care. It’s almost as if the barber didn’t want to be there. Booked and paid for 45 mins service but it ended in less than 25 mins. Didn’t even care to wipe off, I left with hair debris all over my face and neck. I left a tip regardless but, definitely did not come out content. Edit- called the establishment, at least the person on the phone was reasonable, personable and understanding. I want to extend my thanks to them. Also, in order to provide proof that I wasn’t “an anonymous little vessel of lies” like accused, I’ve attached a screenshot of my visit, with the first name Jason, date of the review coinciding with date of service on that appointment confirmation, this email has an old last name. Again, extending my thanks to the person on the phone for listening to me and providing options of resolution, I appreciate it. ”
